Design Philosophy
The Peninsula Aquarium was envisioned as a spatial experience where architecture and marine life converge seamlessly. With glazing on three sides, the design creates an immersive panoramic viewing experience, dissolving the boundary between observer and ocean. The fourth wall serves as an integrated service core, housing filtration, lighting, and life support systems — hidden from view to maintain visual purity.
